"So, what are the 3 Ps?

They stand for Preparation, Practice, and Performance. Let's break each one down."


Preparation:
  1. Think about your topic 
  2. Think about what your listeners need to know about the topic.
  3. Think about the best way to make your listeners understand your topic. 
  4. Write what you plan to say.
Practice:
  1. Practice by yourself first, talk in front of a mirror. 
  2. Talk in front of your family and friends and ask them what they think. 
  3. Speak clearly, loudly and at the right speed (not very fast nor very slow)
Performance:
  1. Take a few deep breaths if you are feeling nervous.
  2. Think about what you have prepared and start speaking confidently.

Performance is where all your hard work pays off. 

Remember, it's not about being perfect; it's about being genuine and connecting with your audience.
