CBSE Heritage India Quiz – 2024

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is hosting the **CBSE Heritage India Quiz - 2024** with the theme "The conservation and restoration of cultural heritage." This inter-school quiz aims to educate and raise awareness among students about preserving India's rich cultural legacy.



**Key details:**


* **Online Registration:** Register on www.cbse.nic.in or www.cbseacademic.nic.in by **September 10, 2024.**

* **Stage 1: Online Test:** 60 multiple-choice questions in 50 minutes for teams of three students (classes IX-XII). Top 30 teams from each cluster advance.

* **Stage 2: Cluster Round:**  Top 30 teams from each cluster compete offline in two phases: a written round followed by an on-stage round. Winning teams proceed to the semi-finals.

* **Stage 3: Semi-Finals and National Final:**  Held in Delhi in December 2024. Qualifying teams from regional rounds compete for the national title.


**Prizes:**


* Rolling trophy and cash prizes for top teams.

* Merit certificates for all semi-finalists and finalists.

* Domestic airfare for semi-finalists.


**Important notes:**


* Each school can register only one team.

* Ensure reliable internet connectivity for the online test.

* Registration fee is INR 1500 per team.

* Last date for registration is **October 31, 2024.**
